Horribly Terrible service providers

This company should be investigated , I am doubting they have any funds to payout , looking at the reviews i feel defeated to repeat the same experiences the vast majority have shared, all companies would do good by transferring funds, or terminate contract with this company.

The waiting period , the lack of correspondence ,apathetic attitude of call centre agents , the lack of proper admin is just appalling
