Funds short paid

Horrible experience ever with fairsure, my husband retired in June 2024 he never received his retirement monthly Annuity. I spoke to Nelly from payroll and she promised to investigate and come back to me but she never did. Second query , when my husband received his retirement it was miscalculated and his payout was short. Till today we waiting for the pension balance to be paid. We tried to call them and promised to come back with full answers but nobody bother to update us with the balance.
