Frustrated and angry client

Terrible service! Submitted 2pot claim forms in September and I haven’t received any funds or any updates, yet my colleague who submitted on the same date has received her money. When you call the Pretoria office they tell you that the Cape Town office hasn’t submitted your claim and there’s nothing they can do to help you. The lack of urgency and communication is appalling. You are dealing with peoples pension funds yet you are so unprofessional. I regret signing up to this company.
