Faisure is *********** and inefficient

i wish there was an option of less than 1 star, fairsure is *********** and lack transparency, i submitted my two pots claim on the 3rd and we we were promised 7-14 working days for the payout, still have not received any communication while other efficient companies are paying out their clients. Up to date no employee has received their funds from my organization ,when you call them they dont even want listen to you, they say "just wait " these clowns are ****mers who are very *********** kzn municipal fund sold us out to this company just because they are black owned, people must stay away from these chance takers
