I have submitted my 2 pot claim on the 4th of September 2024 but nothing I have received. On Monday the 30th of September 2024 I phone their call centre and the lady I spoke to she said she will email my details to the department that is dealing with the payment and I must get a a feed back from yesterday afternoon as I phoned 8am on Monday. I am really disappointed. I don't get any updates
