FAIRSURE too bad for pensioners

It's been over 6 weeks since FAIRSURE received my paperwork from employer for a withdrawal claim. I have sent numerous emails querying the status of my claim and all I get is an automated response, which says in 24-48 hours a rep will call me back, but I have not received any call to date. After numerous unanswered phone calls, I eventually went to their offices, and all I got were false promises and excuses from Sifiso C. and Aretha S. FAIRSURE is not in a position to deal with pension matters. I am advising those coming after me to choose a better admin who will respond to clients timeously. All I wanted was assurance from FAIRSURE that my claim has been received and is being processed and the process will take so many days/weeks, but FAISURE is not capable of doing such for it's client. I am very disappointed and given a second chance I would NEVER give them a chance to administer my hard earned funds.

How has my matter been addressed accordingly? Today is the 23rd of September, did anyone from your organisation phone me to address my issue? NO! You taking people for granted and just writing responses which suit your PR stance. Whoever approved FAIRSURE to administer our pension funds sold the workers out. KZN Municipal Pension Fund you sold workers out. The arrogance & disrespect of the likes of Sifiso Cele & Bhekinkosi Sekgoto is out of this world. Just waiting for 30 days to lapse so I can lodge a formal complaint with PFA. https://www.pfa.org.za/complaints

Here is something interesting and at the same time disappointing:
Today 23/09/2024, I sent a document to FAIRSURE via email and I Bcc'd other parties and the ONLY organisation which could not open the attachment is FAIRSURE.
