Fairsure - they did not after MANY emails sorted or linked my husbands info to SARS
My husband CANNOT finalise his 2024/2025 Tax due to Fairsure that did not link all the propper info to SARS. Monday 20 oct is ""D-Day"" for SARS submissions and we are NOT ANYWHERE NEAR complete as yet. How is it POSSIBLE??? We are SHOCKED to say the least. Now we will have to pay penalites to SARS due to THEIR non submission. My husband retired end Feb and they claim that is why the correct final forms are not in as yet - They actually PROMISED it wil be linked on 15 Oct - Well. ... 17 oct and STILL NOTHING!!!!! How and WHAT must we do to get Fairsureto ACT and finalize the paperwork?????? This shows TOTAL incompetancy

20 Oct 2025, 14:03I have AGAIN sent MANY emails to Fairsue about my husbands SARS Forms that is NOT CORRECT - and STILL NOTHING, no email, no answer - ALL the phones are apparently busy - the poor lady at the switchboard - she is such a lovely lady - BUT she also cannot pransfer calls to Banele or Jennifer or ANYONE. She listened to me and just cannot assist me. I want ot score her 10/10 ***** ***** PLEASE let Management know you have a GEM in her. BUT Scoring the rest - ZERO out of 10. Banele promised to pay the penalties and I WILL make her / Fairsure pay ALL Penalties and or fines because our RARS cannot be completed and is therefor LATE for submission today - 20/10/2025.
