FAIRSURE IS BAD NEWS!!!

ALARMINGLY BAD SERVICE!!! This place (you can not call it a business) is VERY BAD NEWS!!! When the time comes to pay out whether it be a two pot claim, or a retirement claim, or in my case I moved to a different company and need my money to be paid out, Fairsure is useless. They do not answer calls or email. If by some miracle you do get a hold of them, they make all these promises in writing but you might as well play the lottery and hope to win. They never follow through on what they promised. I don't understand how a company like Samancor can intrust employees money with a place like Fairsure, surely they didn't do their homework on this place before in trusting all of our money with them. Something has to be done, I blame Samancor just as much as I blame the *********** Fairsure. Samancor's lack of urgency and commitment to this issue is also ALARMING! We as employees do our part day in and day out, we trust that you Samancor will look after our assets. This is unacceptable and something has to be done about this. FAIRSURE IS BAD NEWS AND CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!!
