Fairsure Customer Service: Unprofessional and Unreliable”

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from Fairsure. Their customer service is unprofessional, unresponsive, and lacks accountability. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, I have been ignored and left without proper feedback or updates.

To make matters worse, when I do finally get through to someone, my calls have been dropped on me – not because of network issues, but because I expressed my frustration at their incompetence. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and only shows how little regard Fairsure has for its clients. For a company entrusted with financial services, their lack of professionalism and accountability is deeply concerning.

I would strongly caution others to think carefully before entrusting their financial matters to Fairsure. Their incompetence and disregard for clients make them one of the worst service providers I have ever dealt with
