Fairsure are ****s and unprofessional as it’s more than a month waiting for 2pot withdrawal payment

This company is a useless unprofessional company full of ****s I submitted my 2 pot withdrawal claim on the 25 June 2025 till today nothing. They don’t communicate nothing you call and they take almost an hour to pick up the phone and everytime you call you get different stories I even went to their office in Durba and was told a different story an hour later I called the call centre and again I was told a different story. Today I called again in the morning and was told a different story that the monies will be paid before the end of the business day nothing as I am writing now there is nothing in my account and since I sent the withdrawal forms there has been no communication from their side not unless I personally call them and get different lies. Zanele
