Fairsure a **** company?

Fairsure are not even worth 1 star! If we could rate them a -5, that would be more appropriate. The service is NON-EXISTENT. We have called and called so many times, with 90% of the calls being unanswered. Is this business a ****? We have been waiting almost 3 months for assistant on our pension fund and NOTHING has happened. There is no service whatsoever. We have emailed and called almost daily without any movement on our policy. I won't know what else to do to get proper help. Do I actually need to fly to your head office in Cape Town for someone to help me?
