Missing handles

I am very much disappointed at the quality that I am receiving from Fair Price Jabulani, We bought a wardrobe and other tings the 12th of July and the items were delivered but the wardrobes handles were missing and the store was notified of their mishap. I have been constantly following up and was told that the do not have stock of the handles and no ETA was provided and now it is the 12th of September 2025 and still no handles or any communication notify me when I can expect the delivery or collection notice.
