Complain about KIC Fridge (FairpriceJabulani Store)
I am writing to formally raise a complain regarding a fridge that my mom 76yrs old bought on the 7th April 2026 purchase from Fairprice Jabulani store. After the fridge was collected my brother unwrapped it and inspect the product, He notice that one of the accessories (drawer) included with the fridge was cracked. This is disappointing, as I expected the product to be in perfect condition upon purchase. We immediately went to the store to to alert the Manager with the dissatisfaction of the product and her respond was that the will send someone to come and replace it, till today it is not replaced. We have tried to contact the Sales Lady who assisted my mom to attend to the matter till today she has not,the matter was escalated to the Manager same with her she has not resolved the matter, we further call customer service of Fairprice Head Office they haven't resolved the complaint. We gave kindly request that they replace or we return the fridge since they can't replace the damage accessory or advice us on how this issue will be resolved as soon possible. We would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention Yours Faithfully Sarah
