Terrible service and defective washing machine – urgent resolution needed

I purchased a washing machine from Fair Price Alberton that arrived damaged, and despite repeated complaints, inspections, and follow-ups, the store has failed to provide a replacement or repair. Today, I requested the machine to be tested, and staff said it cannot be done until Saturday, after months of delays. This is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Protection Act.
