Horrible Experience- Refrain from buying there! Bad Quality!
I bought a chest of drawer on the 15th of July, it’s been 25 days now, waiting for it. They delivered it the 1st time with 3 drawers misaligned, 2nd time they delivered the same chest of drawers without being fixed! Now I went to the store and asked to take the display instead, even that chest of drawer needed one drawer to be aligned well. I had to choose a better one between the two (display and the one that was delivered), I chose the fixed drawer on the display. I went in person to confirm which one they should deliver after 23 days of up and downs. After confirming, I still had to wait 2 days to get it delivered to me!

Poor service and bad customer service delivered
I had to assemble the pedalstal myself after requesting it to come assembled. I am a woman and the suggestion from sales person is to find someone to assemble it for me... She argued that she informed me that it won't be assembled. But I remember specifically that I am a woman and needs it to be assembled. Even delivery guy told me someone will come out to assemble it for me. Still waiting

Terrible service and defective washing machine – urgent resolution needed
I purchased a washing machine from Fair Price Alberton that arrived damaged, and despite repeated complaints, inspections, and follow-ups, the store has failed to provide a replacement or repair. Today, I requested the machine to be tested, and staff said it cannot be done until Saturday, after months of delays. This is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Protection Act.
