Outstanding Support

I want to thank the team from Faircom for their incredible support. Over the years, they have never let me down and this week once again proved the stature of the support team. Our fibre went down at home. I was unfortunately travelling internationally at the time and could not attend to sorting the call myself. I logged a ticket remotely, and the team took ownership to resolve it. Failures were clearly not on their side but on the infrastructure provider, but the team ensured due escalation while keeping my wife updated and me remotely updated on the progress. Tirelessly, they worked through getting the service up and running. I really want to thank the team for an outstanding job and appreciate your unwavering support. Truly top performers and thank you, I know my service provision is in excellent hands.
