For the past three working days (Thursday, Friday and today - Monday) The Internet in the Upper East Side Apartments of Woodstock have been down.
I am unable to get a response from an employee I liase with regularly, Annika and when you phone their landline you sit on hold for a technician for hours, they offer to call you back and don't or they simply hang up.
In today's climate, where people are working from home, have loss of income due to Covid19 etc - a paid service such as internet is crucial! maintenance shouldn't be happening during working hours and if it is - a notice should be sent out and if there is another issue, paying customers should be notified too!
Why am I paying for uncapped data when I've spent nearly R1000 on mobile data to use my hotspot just so I can keep my job while working at home?
Still no response from Faircom since Thursday. Anyone I have spoken to (reception staff etc) have been nothing short of rude.
The only staff member I can compliment is Greg who was polite and tried to assist where he could.
