Worst service ever recieved
What a disaster of an evening. i have never had such bad service, 2 hours of waiting for my main course, after asking for the waiter 3 times to come to my table, just to be ignored, then at the front desk ask for a manager and my bill, no one knows where the manager is. at least 6 others couples complaining and walking out due to the ridiculously bad service. if i waited for my food, i might still be there.

Thank you for your review and sharing your experience with us. It wouldn't be far from the truth to say that we understand how you feel about last night. We aknowledge that there were a few issues. Our early evening seating could not make their appointed time because of loadshedding and the heavy storms. When everyone eventually came in, almost all at once, we admit that we were overwhelmed.
Your feedback has been soberly received by the management, staff and indeed the whole team.
We sincerely apologise for that experience and as it is, we hope, never to repeat again.
