Exceptionally terrible service at Fahrenheit Edenvale

The service in this place is appalling. The servers/staff have zero attention to details let alone have the ability to properly listen to customers. I reiterated few times my steak cut preference and even asked them to bring the meat at the table so I can make sure I get the right one. When my order came it was a completely different cut and a total opposite of my preference. The few times I came, they kept doing the same thing. And to add insult to the injury, when I brought it to the waiters' attention they insisted that it's the exact cut that I have chosen. My companion and I were flabbergasted!!! I'm not sure if these people are lazy, dumb or there is a serious communication breakdown amongst them - from the servers- to the kitchen- to the managers. It is not a rocket science, guys! It is that or they are just too arrogant to really look into the problem and properly train the servers and the chefs. And this is not the first or second time. No matter how I bring up the issue, nothing has ever been done about it. They obviously do not take feedback constructively. You should really up your game. Especially in these trying times. Unfortunately, this is the only stand alone steak restaurant in close proximity to where I live in Edenvale. How I wish someone can/will set up a decent steak restaurant in the vicinity as I do not want to step foot in this restaurant again.
