Complaint

I booked for a reservation 2 weeks ahead of Christmas. My booking was confirmed and we arrived on time on Christmas day. We were left standing at the entrance along with 2 other families for 10 minutes. We were then called into the conference room where we were seated, no cutlery or menus. I was extremely disappointed with the service and when I asked the waiter to give me a few minutes as we were deciding if we wanted to stay, he gave me an attitude. We then decided to leave as it was an isolated room that did not feel like a place to have Christmas lunch. As we walked out the manager then proceeded to be rude to us as well and did not even apologize. I understand a restaurant cannot determine how long their customers will be there however there was more than enough time from the previous reservation to mine to make arrangements, not set tables while I am sitting there. Terrible service and a ruined Christmas. Thanks fahrenheit terrace road.
