Worst support in the history of mankind.

You are *****ing my client's money. I sent all the proof and Clearly their account was hacked at the stage when a large amount was charged and you are *****ing nearly R10 000 from them. Disgusting behavior!!! I have been sending tickets for months MONTHS and this is not yet resolved. META ads is a big **** - im sure you even sent the hackers to spend this money. Disgusting behavior of a large institution, sending bots to answer -keeps me on a line for month - we are looking at the issue... rest assured, we are working on it... then all of a sudden ticket closed... AGAIN.
