Trademark Infringement on Facebook
Facebook allows Trademark Infringement and advertising of Counterfeit goods even though they say it goes against their standards. There are numerous advertisers on Facebook that has copied our copyright protected product and advertises it as our Trademark a registered name, and I have yet to succeed in having Facebook do a single thing about it. The only thing they do is hide these ads from me, but others can still see it. Also when you report it, they come back saying they didn't find anything wrong. Because they only give you their own pre recorded complaints to choose from, you cannot type a message of why it is Trademark Infringement. I managed to get them to contact me on e-mail. But again they had a very vague explanation that they can't pick anything up on their side and that I need to send them screen shots and URL's. Are they telling me that I can pick more up in my own searches than what they can. I am very very disappointed. These counterfeiters are *****ing from us, and Facebook is assisting them in doing so.
