The lack of assistance on Meta platforms

My Facebook account got hacked a few months ago and I haven't been able to recover the account I've had since 2009. Facebook/Meta is not doing anything about it and didn't do anything about it when it was reported repeatedly. I've logged complaints, filled out endless questionnaires and no assistance whatsoever. I can't create a new account using my full name because once I upload a profile picture, I get suspended again. This is a platform I've been using for advertising too and now I can't use Instagram anymore either. Why is this not being resolved?
