The Desperate Business Losing Money from Hacked Business Account with no assistance

Our company has a business account page with Facebook Meta Business. Over a month ago our account was hacked, ad account hacked, & our business manager page ownership taken over.

Meta was very quick to assist us, and eventually in 2 weeks our ads were back up and running, money reimbursed.

Last week (16 August 2024), the hackers took ownership of our Business Portfolio Manager page, and added another email address. They removed my full access and gave me basic access, also created a new ad. I reported it again, and FB meta said they had fixed the issue again … Only this time, they’ve removed my access to my ad account, and I cannot get in. I have probably logged, responded to mail, and given feedback about 30 odd times now, with no assistance from facebook.

Now I don’t have access to my ad account, I cannot request access to the ad account as the hackers are now the business admins and I have no idea what is happening on my ad account … Our business credit card is linked and I have no idea what to do … We are losing tens of thousands in revenue not being able to create or access our Facebook ad account, and there non existent “Help Centre” is not assisting us … We cannot simply create a new business page as we have too many followers and history on the page to lose.

How the heck do we get help that actually helps and not an automated response?
