Terrible Query Resolution

My Facebook account was locked as they thought someone tried to hack it and I had to confirm my identity by uploading proof of identification. I have done this 3 times the reset links they send me do not exist and do not work. I have informed them with no response. My business page is linked to my account and I cannot contact my customers! Someone help!!!
