Suspended Facebook account

I have been using Facebook close 20 years now, and recently I linked my business too with Facebook, so a week ago I noticed that I have to do some changes (to hide my date of birth) but to my surprise my account was suspended and after 30 days it will be permanently suspended. They (Facebook) to be found, I can’t get hold of them to help me about this, so if I follow the instructions as to fix this, they don’t respond. From the first time experiencing such, I used Facebook for business and my personal. Please help me bring my Facebook account back.
