Poor services

Facebook customer support services is appalling for such a big business my account got hacked and I am asked to pay a huge balance for a hacker who is still using my account to run ads after multiple contacts, complaints and tickets being logged I still get no support worse case scenario I having even been contacted by anyone such pathetic services, unbelievable with so many resources available at this day and age.
