Poor Facebook Business Support customer service

Facebook Customer support has now for more than a year not resolved a issue on my account that should be simple to correct. This has been a problem as it stops me from advertising on any of my add accounts. You cant call facebook as they simply don't respond as a person but as if it's a bot. I don't see a bot solving this problem, I need REAL support. But this just don't happen and I don't know how to go about anymore. I've used Business support Home centre to try and solve this, but all responses seems automated and the problem remains unsolved.
