Photos have gone missing?!

I haven’t been able to access any of my photos on my Facebook account on my phone for over a week now since I updated the app. My friends updated their app and they can still access their photos on their Facebook profile but I can’t?! I can view my photos on my pc but not on my phone. I have contacted them countless times and nothing has been fixed! If anyone can help, please help!
