Payout issues for months

I'm very disappointed in Facebook I've been a user more 25 + years and have been having issues with my payouts and nobody seems to help I have been through the support channel they suggested sent numerous emails their response comes back that they've attended to my query but nothing happens and I work daily on my engagement for my payout now it's ok hold and is going to expire my account was hacked and was changed to business now I cannot change it back to individual to receive my payout
