PASSWORD RESET PROCESS BEING SENT TO THE OLD NUMBER

Good Day

I have the facebook account for almost 5 years.

The sign in method used was via an Old Cell phone number which is ***.

I recently changed phones and when I logged out of the facebook account on the old phone I needed to enter my password for the above account on the new phone which I forgot.

I have tried multiple times to reset my password but the sms gets sent to ***. This number is no longer in use.

I urgently need the reset password code to be sent to my gmail account instead of the old cell phone number . I would also like to update this account to my gmail address instead of the cell phone number.

Please assist me
