PASSWORD RESET

I have been trying to help my Fiance reset her password and go through each and every step.. I eventually get a notification saying check your email and when I check there is nothing even after the 30 minutes. I want this resolved cause someone has probably hacked her account and changed information and now we cant get any notifications. Please email me on ***
