Not willing to assist consumers

<div>I have a problem regarding WhatsApp which I have been unable to resolve and because Facebook owns WhatsApp, I went to the Facebook offices in Bryanston in the hope that someone might be able to assist me. The staff member at Facebook wouldn't even allow the guard at the gate of the office park, to let me in.&nbsp;</div>
