No Response to numerous emails

I have sent the following email to facebook over and over with no response I have previously emailed regarding this issue with no response,

I deleted my account as I wanted to create a new account as per the email I received when I deleted it I waits 14 days then tried to create a new account however as per the attached screen shots if I try create a new account it says the email already exists and if I try sign in it says the email doesn't exist thus leaving me in limbo of not being able to log on to my previous account nor create a new account as was my intention.

Please can some one assist me in this matter.
