No Response

I have tried to access my account as I have not been able to access it since I have changed my cell no. Un able to log in as my account requires 2 step verification. I have tried the Having trouble multiple times where it asks you for information such as you identification documents to verift you which I have done. Yet I have received no feedback what so ever. Which to me seems like they don't care about theit users and that if you where to have a incedent where you needed an account closed for some reason such as death, you would have no response.
