My accounts been block for more than a month!!

My account has been blocked after Facebook inquired that I submit an image of my ID and failed to do so in JPEG format at first. I did submit in PDF form, now I'm blocked and it says they are reviewing my documentation. I tried and there is no way of communicating my issue with them. I have tried several times to login since more than a month ago! I do have my ID in JPEG form now and good quality too, though they have not given me the chance to do so. I don't mind but do have an issue as no reason was given as to why they require this from me
