Mis-leading FACEBOOK ADS

I'm not sure why Facebook Ads are debiting my account more than what I have selected on the budget. The budget was R10 a day and yet on the 12th they took R31.00 on the 13th they debited R89.00 and yesterday the 14th they debited R45.00. The refunds need to take place because this was not part of the budget we put on their portal, I mean why ask us to put a budget then take 3 or 4 times more.
