Marketplace missing on App and ZERO support to fix it

I have on numerious occasions filled in a support messages on facebook since March 2018 to report a problem. I am trying to get the Marketplace icon on my iPhone X Facebook app not no seeting seems to enable it. Yet my wife also has an iphone and hers works perfectly. That fact that my support tickets are being closed without any solution is terrible service.
