Market place identity confirmation not working (looking like a ****)

Hi I'm from South Africa Cape Town, My Market place identity confirmation is not working I tried everything its been like this for weeks and it tells me my identity is confirmed however it continues to say I must take action on my listing, please could you guys help, I even contacted *** for help and in reply it happens to be paid support help I cannot help but to think this error is a money making ****.
