Market place block easy no option of remove ad only review.

I posted a paintball gun on market place, got a message that it goes against the community guide lines, I don't get the option to remove it only to request a review, after the 3rd review I got permanently blocked on Market place, my question is this, you see so much other bad stuff getting posted and advertised and nothing happens, some people profile and what they put on market place can be naked photos and Facebook let it slide, I posted one thing wrong and get blocked.
