Locked Facebook account- Unusable link and NO feedback from Facebook

My account has been locked for over a week now. I have followed the steps to unlock my account. I have submitted my ID times times already and have received a link to change my password and regain access to my account but the link doesn't work. When I tap on the link it says "Webpage error". I can't access my messenger so I can't live chat with a consultant. I have also emailed Facebook numerous times with no response. How can it be so difficult to regain access?
