Instagram - No human being to correspond with

My account has been disabled since last Thursday after I reported a **** account for pretending to be me and ******** people for money. I have since filled in forms, sent images of my ID next to my face, sent through my name and surname on a piece of paper next to my face and STILL no response. I keep getting told they will come back to me but this is a lie. The **** account is still active and ******** people while me, the real person who uses instagram as part of my business cant get a single human being to help me who works for instagram/facebook. This is unacceptable!
