Identity NOT confirmed (I want my account back)

<p>I have been on facebook for more than 10 years with the same email address. I had bort a new computer and then facebook asked me to identify myself. I have never been asked this. There is a security question that I DON’T remember being asked or doing! And the other option keeps logging me out!! Please facebook I need my account back!! Please can you help me out? PLEASE</p>
