I want my Facebook back

My phone was ****** from me in July and I was using a temporary phone and in August I got a new phone and went to log into Facebook with my new phone it then asked for a 6 digit code which was sent via sms but I didn't have the number so they Said submit your ID now I did realize something n I submitted my ID my surname on my ID and Facebook account is different but I have a right to use both because my Facebook surname is my father's first name and I don't want my real surname out there and besides there's so many **** fb profiles out there why doesn't Facebook catch those people why do they do it to those who aren't doing any suspicious activity catch a wake up Facebook please give me my Facebook back
