Hacked facebook account with no support

My friend's facebook account was hacked more than 48h ago. Many of us reaslised this when her name language and profile picture suddenly changed 1 Nov '20. It was reported and more changes occured. The victim tried to report herself but she can't log in 'cause her profile is overtaken. The hacker changed her email address her mobile nr, profile picture, passwords and its in arabic. The hacker seems to change her name every few hours and has since changed her email address on the profile as well. Why is facebook not responding to the reports, why are they not helping in any way? The victim is compramised, she is loosing all her pictures since 2007! How is there no contact desk to support the victim? The hacked facebook link was last correct in October.
