Hacked Facebook Account - No help from Facebook

My Facebook account was hacked at the end of last year and I cannot access it! Facebook has been terrible at responding. After completing the process of reporting a hacked account multiple times and submitting various forms of identification, I have only received automated responses that tell me they cannot help me. They request me to respond to their emails - which I do and then I receive no response! There response to hacked accounts is horrible and clearly there is HIGH RISK when it comes to social and identity security on Facebook! I need direct contact with someone that can help me regain access to my account!
