Hacked Facebook account

My mom's profile for Colette Prinsloo has been hacked. Upon trying to add this information to her page and make it known to her friends. The hacker sends a message saying **** you. Myself and other family have sent this in to Facebook and nothing has been done. This hacker is also sending ****ming messages to her friends. Very upset with the fact that Facebook does nothing
