Hacked Facebook account

On the 20 January my Facebook account had been hacked!

The below message was sent to Facebook / Meta

I urgently need your assistance my account has been hacked and there are post being uploaded re the best trading company and how much money I’ve made etc.

That is not me at all, the hacked my account and changed / Added email address of there own.

When I received notification to secure that is was not me certain areas had been greys out.

Please can you assist with removing those contents and blocking my account.

If there anyway I could be able to access my account and restore my account please advise.

I advised facebook/ Meta that Candi Ann Herm**** pp with the red car account has been hacked. That’s not me posting video nor reels, they hacked my account and pretending to me. They have already approached a few of my contacts on messenger which I can proof as they had sent me screen shots and made contact with them.

Facebook /Meta reviewed the profile and found that it isn’t pretending to be me, how can you say that?

They even changed my email and password on that account. I had to create a new account to warn my contacts and I reported as well. Those videos that’s on reel and statuses is not me, my contacts and myself have reported.

To date nothing is being done, the hackers are still posting. I feel very violated, they have access to this account and see everything of mine.

I just wish Facebook could delete/ remove that account.

I need help please. So many individuals accounts are being hacked and nothing been done about it.
