Hacked Facebook account

My account was and still is hacked. I've sent NUMEROUS amounts of emails and got sent links after link after USELESS links to report it. And nothing was done. They say they will get back to you within 24hours...its been a month.

People are being ****med and I am being held responsible. This might sound like I'm making this up but I swear on my life it's true... I got threaten by someone who fell for the hack and I had to pay the money back, else he would have hurt my family. I had to go with it because he wasn't an average person but someone dangerous in the community.

Facebook has the WORST administrative department.

I know hackers are everywhere but buff up the response or block my account PLEASE!!!!!
