Hacked account unable to reset

My Account was hacked - someone changed the email address that I used to create my account +/- 11 years ago. I have been trying for the past week to reset my account and create a new password using my trusted contacts code and I just keep getting locked out. There is no one to email or phone. Please can anyone assist?
